The Bavarian Lodge is located about 30 minutes above the ancient, multicultural town of Taos and is co-owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Thomas and Jamie Schulze.

The Bavarian's magnificent log mansion is fashioned after the high Alpine guest houses, or Ski Alms, of Austria and Bavaria. It bears the character and feeling of a private Alpine retreat appointed with Old-World opulence. The perfect complement to Taos Ski Valley's magical, European style, sitting high above at an elevation of 10,200 feet.

Thomas Schulze comments on the expansion of The Bavarian's present operations: "We hope to create a small community of like minded souls who love the mountains and treasure unspoiled wilderness.
